Bridge Type Block Cutter

This product is a patented product independently developed by our company. It is lifted from double -sided oblique pillars. The main shaft is installed with 50 1650mm saw blades at one time. The host uses double -pillars and dual -direction. The double -sided oblique pillars have good stability and high production efficiency. Disadvantages: larger volume, heavy tonnage, and it is not convenient for installation and transportation.

SQC/PC-1600S/1800S/2000S Marble Cutting Machine Used to Cut Marble Block, uses PLC system and Human-machine interface, combined with Ultra-high precision rotary encoder to slice, uses inverter to control left-right feeding, adjusts the speed according to the stone material. It uses hydraulic lifting system, and the forward-backward slicing uses high-precision screw nut driving. The key part adopt imported good-quality spare parts. Combined with horizontal blade designing, cutting the sheet roots of plates directly, eliminating the trouble of unloading plate manually, improving efficiency. Horizontal Blades uses hydraulic system, up-down rising uses guide system, which is more reasonable and stable.
