The unloading tables with band N.2426 have a frame built based on steel profiles with a transport band for unloading the cutting table, simultaneously, while the crosscutter already receives the next board and is ready to cut.
The Robot – Palletizer N-3530 (optional) with vacuum suction cup, is specially designed to perform automated palletizing tasks, based on the same operating principles applied in standard Nodosafer palletizing, and offers multiple advantages, optimization of work process , reduction of cycle times and efficient use of downtime. The reception suction cup, of particular design, is made up of a rectangular plate, capable of supporting horizontal loads of up to 120 Kgs.

General Characteristics
The SNM-CCE is a mono-block crosscutting machine with a single diamond blade that transforms slabs cut on the block-cutter into tiles of desired length.
The main structure is made of heavy-duty steel, and the disk is directly mounted on the motor.
A brushless AC motor with inverter powers the forward and return movements of the head.
When cutting the last few millimeters, the machine will automatically reduce its speed in order to guarantee a perfect edge.
Electric cables and tubes for tool cooling are supported by nylon cable holding chains.

HFL linear cutting machines are for single pass strip and tile slitting with a manual positioning system.
They are designed to cut extremely hard materials (porphyry, slate) and have also found many applications in the marble and granite sector.

Multi-saw conveyor machine "Irbis" is a high-performance equipment designed for sawing blocks of natural stone with dimensions 390 * 190 * 188 mm and strength up to 40 megapascals (limestone, shell rock, tuff, sandstone) into tiles with a minimum thickness of 20 mm.
The cutting tool is diamond circular saws with a diameter of 600 mm, due to which stone blocks are cut in a single-pass mode. The width of the resulting tiles is determined by the dimensions of the spacers between the discs. The loading and main conveyors, driven by one common motor, continuously feed the workpieces into the working area. Subsequently, the finished tiles pass through the irrigation and sludge removal module and move to the discharge conveyor.
The multi-disc machine "Irbis" is an excellent addition to the "Prima" stone cutting machine in terms of cutting wall stone and processing substandard blocks.

General Characteristics
The new SNIC Multiple Cross Cutter machines offer extraordinarily high performance and productivity to eliminate the old bottle-necks caused by spindle translation for strip cutting.
These cutting machines, which are structurally identical, process strips up to a width of 600 mm or 800 mm and thanks to their powerful 7.5 hp motors, they cut in a single passage thickness up to 70 mm on marble. The SNIC-MCC cuts strips up to 3000 mm long and can mount up to 7 spindles with manual or sequential positioning.
The cutting movement of the disks is ensured by a single bridge sliding on high accuracy runner blocks with electronically adjustable cutting speed.
The cutting cycle is completely automated, without the intervention of the operator:
The marble strip to be sawn advances on a conveyor belt sliding over the milled table of the machine and stops automatically against a reference limit switch
The milled table automatically goes up to lift the strip away from the conveyor belt
The aligner/pusher pistons align the strip and push it against the side of the milled table
The Bridge moves the disks to cut
The cut finished, the bridge moves back to initial position
The milled table goes down and the conveyor belt moves the cut strips automatically to a motorized rollers.
